Governor Signs Bill 151 into Law

Guam - Governor Eddie Baza Calvo has signed Bill 151 into law, which allows the Guam Economic Development Authority or GEDA to start the process to refunding General Obligation bonds with Business Privilege Tax Bonds.
The governor is back from a two-day trade mission to the Philippines and according to him, people around the world are closely watching Guam.
