Psychology professor Michael Ehlert's trial has been scheduled for April 12.

Guam - A trial date has been set for the University of Guam professor accused of sexually assaulting three students.

Michael Ehlert appeared in court to schedule his jury selection and trial. Ehlert was accused of sexually assaulting two students at an off-campus Halloween party at his residence in 2014. Just last week, a third victim pressed charges, saying she was assaulted at that same party. Ehlert pleaded not guilty to all three.

According to Judge Vern Perez, the order was signed to consolidate all three of Ehlert’s cases, and since all three incidents occurred during the same event, and the same evidence will be used in all the cases, there were no objections to scheduling an early trial.

Ehlert’s pre-trial conference is on April 4 at 10 a.m., and jury selection and trial is slated for April 12 at 1:30 p.m.
