Woman caught delivering contraband to DOC inmate

44-year-old Betty Sue Sanchez was arrested for attempting to deliver methamphetamine and tobacco to an inmate.

Guam - A woman was arrested for attempting to deliver contraband to an inmate at the Department of Corrections.

Court documents state that 44-year-old Betty Sue Sanchez received a call from the inmate that a package would be delivered. A third person delivered the package, which, the report says, Sanchez concealed in her pants to try and deliver it.

The package contained plastic bags containing methamphetamine, 2 syringes, and another plastic bag containing tobacco.

Sanchez was charged with possession of a Schedule II controlled substance and possession with intent to deliver, and promotion of a major prison contraband (controlled substance) as felonies, and promotion of prison contraband (tobacco) as a misdemeanor.
