Chris Duenas tapped to lead Guam Housing Corporation

Duenas previously served as a senator in the Guam Legislature.

(Adelup) - Former Sen. Chris Duenas has been named president of the Guam Housing Corporation. The Guam Housing board unanimously approved his nomination from the Governor during their special meeting today.

 

Duenas has previously worked with Guam Housing Corp as the director of the Department of Land Management and as a senator in the 31st and 32nd Guam Legislatures. Most recently, Duenas served as the Governor’s advisor on legislative and external affairs.

 

“I am confident the Guam Housing Corporation will benefit from Chris’s leadership,” Gov. Eddie Baza Calvo said. “His experience and dedication to serving our island’s families will help the Guam Housing Corp achieve its mission of assisting our island’s homeowners.”
