Guam - The lack of progress on the Port of Guam master plan was among the issues discussed at the   

Port oversight Chair Senator Tom Ada called the briefing to get an update on the status of the port modernization plan.

Senator B.J. Cruz ,  who has been a consistent critic of the Port Management, again criticized the Port's decision to purchase the used cranes. And he questioned the lack of progress on the master plan.

Port GM Joanne Brown responded that things are changing.
