Guam - The Department of Revenue and Taxation will provide a FREE 2012 Income Tax preparation tax clinic for the following individuals:

-   SENIOR CITIZENS (WHO ARE AGE 55 YEARS OR OLDER)

-   PERSONS WITH DISABILITIES.

Preparation will be basic and therefore limited to the following:

-  1040EZ,

-  1040A with Schedules B, EIC, R, and FORM 8812, AND

-  1040 with Schedules B, EIC, R, and FORM 8812

Documents to support this preparation will be required.

Tax Clinic dates are scheduled for March 9 and April 6 of 2013 at our Barrigada location between 8 a.m. to 4 p.m.

DRT is seeking Tax Practitioners to volunteer for this event.

A meeting for this event is scheduled for Friday, March 1, 2013 at 2 pm, 2nd Floor of the Department of Revenue & Taxation.
