Chamber: GYP Holding "Meet the Candidates" Forum WEDNESDAY

Guam - The Guam Young Professionals (GYP), a Committee of the Guam Chamber of Commerce, will be holding a special membership luncheon  WEDNESDAY, September 19, featuring the Incumbent Senators vying to retain their seats in the 32nd Guam Legislature.

The event is slated to begin at 11:30 am and last until 1:30 pm, at the Outrigger Guam Resort, Fort San Jose Ballroom.

This luncheon is the second of three membership meetings in the GYP’s “You Decide: Election Series 2012” at which members of the Guam Young Professionals will have the opportunity to meet the Congressional and Senatorial Candidates, hear their platforms, and make an informed decision during the November election. The first meeting, which took place on August 22nd, featured Congressional Candidates. The last meeting will take place October24th, and will feature the new candidates running for office. Additionally, GYP will be holding a “Meet the Candidates” Mixer on October 24th beginning at 5:30 p.m. at the Outrigger Bamboo Lounge.


Reservations are now being accepted for the September 19th meeting. Fee for GYP members and Chamber members is $20.00 per person, and will include a lunch buffet.
