Guam -  The ABC affiliate in Portland Oregon, KATU-TV, is reporting that former Guam resident and George Washington High School graduate Luke Atkinson has been found safe and sound in Lebanon Oregon.

Atkinson is a students at Corban University and runs on the schools cross country team.

He was reported missing last Thursday after he did not show up for a cross country event.

Steve Hunt, a University Spokesman is quoted by KATU as saying  "He was never in danger and unaware of the search for him, for which we are grateful."
