Guam - The Association of Government Accountants (AGA) Guam Chapter has awarded the University of Guam the Silver Award for the Best Government of Guam Citizen-Centric Report for 2012.

This award recognizes outstanding Citizen-Centric Reports prepared by a Government of Guam entity that communicate financial and community information in a visually appealing and understandable document that demonstrates accountability and transparency to citizens.
