Guam - There was rain in the forecast, but the skies were clear and the sun shone down on Guam's 68th Annual Liberation Day Parade.The theme of this year's parade, “Imagine: Progress Through Peace,” and for more than 5 hours, 100 different organizations, marching bands, military contingents, motorcycles, floats, antique and hot rod cars all strode or drove down Marine Corp Drive from Adelup to the Paseo.
