Guam - The Department of  Public Health has announced that there will be a Back to School Immunization Clinic next week Wednesday, July 25, on the second floor of the Agana Shopping Center.

The immunization clinic will be held from 10 am to 12 pm, or  until supplies run out. The clinic is for children from the ages 4 to 18 years of age. And every child below 18 years of age must be accompanied by a parent or an adult guardian with written authorization and a photo ID.

DPHSS advises that the line formation will begin at the main double door next to Payless Supermarket and will continue towards SM Department store.

All necessary immunizations will be given, except the Varicella (chickenpox) vaccine.  Parents must bring their child’s most current shot record. 

The Walk-in Immunization Clinic, scheduled for the same day at the DPHSS Clinic in Mangilao, will be relocated to the Agana Shopping.
