Guam- The Guam Visitors Bureau (GVB) hosted its largest Hafa Adai Pledge signing ceremony yet for 2012.

The signing was held at the new location of the Guam Council on the Arts and Humanities Agency (CAHA) inside the Terlaje building. The event is part of the activities for Hafa Adai Spirit Week and Tourism Month. GVB Deputy General Manager Nathan Denight says around 20 companies gathered to commemorate the occasion. He also says as an added incentive, GVB will also be giving away "Made in Guam" gift packages everyday to Hafa Adai pledge supporters.

“This month is Tourism Month and it's also Hafa Adai spirit week” said Denight. “So, we planned our Hafa Adai Pledge for this week and we're so happy because we got about 20 different companies and organizations signing up. This is one of the biggest groups signed up all at once.”

Hafa Adai Spirit Week will go on until May 18. Denight adds that GVB will be unveiling a new cutting edge and modern business logo at their Friday proclamation signing for their 50th anniversary as an organization.
