“We want the public to know we are serious about disconnections. If you are 30 days or more late on your water bill you need to come directly to our Upper Tumon office and pay in full”, said Heidi Ballendorf spokesperson for GWA.
“ Throughout the rest of April and into May we are doubling the amount of disconnection crews who typically disconnect between 25-30 meters daily will now increase that to as much as 100 meters Ballendorf went on to say.
“During this time if you find yourself disconnected we MAY not be able to do the same day reconnection service that we currently offer” she concluded.
GWA office is open from 7:30 a.m. to 6 p.m. Monday thru Friday. If you are delinquent you MUST pay at the Upper Tumon office. You can pay over the phone by calling 647-4729 from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. or log on to guamwaterworks.org and pay online by clicking the link to PAY GWA ONLINE.
