Guam- It's been a little over a week since the students of Simon Sanchez High demonstrated civic responsibility and cleaned up a road leading to their school that was lined with trash. And now, the same area has become an illegal dumping ground yet again.

The school eventually wants to turn the road into an education avenue and get corporate sponsorships to display elements of Chamorro history.
