VIDEO: Pedestrian in Stable, Driver of Vehicle That Hit Her Arrested for DUI, Witness Says It Looked Intentional

Guam Fire Spokesman Lt. Ed Artero reports that the auto-pedestrian accident was reported just after 7 am on Route 14 in Tumon. GFD Units E4, M4 and ALS 1 all responded to the Park Arcade.
Guam Police Spokesman Officer A.J. Balajadia reports that the driver of the vehicle, 28 year old Alive Telleria of Tumon, has been arrested for DUI. She had a Blood Alcohol Level over .08. She has also been charged with DUI with injuries and No valid Drivers License.
Officer Balajadia says that Telleria was driving a 2009 Nissan Versa in the gravel parking lot area behind the Park Arcade when the accident occurred.
However she could face more serious charges. A witness to the incident, Mike Hartendrop told PNC's Patti Arroyo that it looked to him like the victim was deliberately run over.

GMH Nursing Supervisor Glenda Leon Guerrero says the female pedestrian who was struck has been admitted to GMH in stable condition.
Telleria has been booked and confined.
