Guam – The Guam Homeland Security/Office of Civil Defense has released the following report for the week of March 11-15.
Law Enforcement Online Training: The Joint Task Force Homeland Defense conducted an Online Training for all Law Enforcement and Fusion Center members. It is a secure information/intel sharing network that is operated by the Federal Bureau of Investigation.

94th CST CBRNE JTX: Members of the Guam National Guard 94th Civil Support Team along with several key GovGuam agencies hold their mid-planning conference at GHS/OCD Initial Operations Facility. This is to gear up for a two-day training exercise Kontra I Piligru slated for May.
This is to test the abilities of local first responders and the Guam Guard.

Coast Guard/Area Maritime Security Committee (AMSC) Meeting: A quarterly meeting is conducted to coordinate activities between the Coast Guard, GovGuam and other port stakeholders.

Coast Guard/AMSC: In preparation for July’s table top exercise the same key stakeholders held their initial planning conference on Thursday.

UOG Charter Day: The University of Guam celebrates its 45th Charter Day and GHS/OCD participated with setting up our Mobile Command Post. Having outreach information pertaining to our Tsunami Evacuation Routes, The Great Shakeout and Active Shooter preparedness and response was our key role during this day.
