Esperon Found Guilty of Raping Minor

Former Police Reservist James John Esperon was found guilty of raping a 13-year old minor known to him. 
GUAM - The Mayors Council disputes the allegation of improper hiring of Liberation Casino employees.  
Guam - 61-year old Tomio Kikuchi is suing Guam Memorial Hospital alleging that they improperly dressed his fractured ankle leading to his leg being amputated.  
Guam - Lt. Gov. Ray Tenorio and community stakeholders met to discuss new strategies being used for the Island-wide Neighborhood Watch Program.
The Guam Power Authority with help from the Guam police department performed an "unannounced" drug test at the facility in Dededo.
